PROJECT OVERVIEW

Gootee Construction is a fourth-generation family construction business offering general contracting, mechanical construction, fabrication, and building information modeling services in Greater New Orleans. Pascal Architects worked with the company to complete the fast-tracked construction of their new office structure in under 100 days. P. Mark Culotta acted as the Architect and Interior Architect of Record for the project.

The design for the 12,000-square-foot corporate structure includes 17 private offices, 8 workstations, a front reception area, and spaces for an employee break room, a plan room, a conference room, as well as 3,000 square feet of closed storage. The contemporary exterior design features a stacked square brick facade and a complementary glass aluminum window system.
